LAMS s Privacy Policy describes how LAMS collects, uses,and shares your personal data.

At LAMS, we believe your right to privacy. This means that we strive to collect only the personal data that we need to provide the best services LAMS has to offer. When you enroll your child at LAMS we may collect the following information, including

Contact Information. Data such as name, email address, physical address, phone number, or other contact information.
Health Information. Data relating to the immunization record of your child as required by ADHS.
Other Information You Provide to Us. Details such as daily sign in/out of your child and any communications you may have with LAMS.

You are not required to provide the personal data that we have requested. However, if you choose not to do so, we will not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to requests you may have.

LAMS does not share your personal data with any third party. LAMS may share personal data with service providers who act on our behalf, ADHS or government agencies as required by law.
All communications with LAMS are confidential and cannot be shared with anyone without prior written permission/consent of LAMS.
